How do I place my order ?
Just click on the Bodi button above for the order form .
Once the form is submitted , an email will be sent to us .
We will reply as soon as we can.

I really like your stuff , can I reserve it?
Yes , you can . However , to be fair to all it's on 1st come 1st served basis . We will reserve it under the 1st comer for maximum 2 days after confirmation from us . If no deposit or payment were made on the 3rd day , we will cancel the reservation . Hence, only serious buyers may apply .

How do I make the payment ?
We will email the details to you via email or phone no. given in the order form . Hence, please make sure the information is accurate . We use Maybank / Ambank / RHB account .

How and when do I get the goods?
After payment is confirmed , we will send to you via Poslaju the next working day. It will take around 1-2 days for West Malaysia , and another extra day for East Malaysia . For more info , kindly visit http://www.pos.com.my/ . You can also track your parcel through their website.

How much is the postage charges ?
Items below 1kg within West Malaysia is around RM 7.00 and East Malaysia is about RM9.00 .

Do you do cash on delivery and how much do you charge?
Yes . The locations are listed in the order form , please select the easiest location for you and it's FREE!

Can I cancel my order after I made the payment?
Sorry , the answer is NO . Once payment is made , the purchase is final . So, please be sure before you make any payment .

Can I get a refund for damaged/lost items ?
We only sell good undamaged items . However , if the items are damaged or lost during postage , we will not be hold responsible .
